Creating a three-dimensional view of the project to ensure that the team, owner, and contractor are clear on the expectations and condition of the design.

In conjunction with 3D modeling, rendering adds material, color, and character to the spaces to take the design to another level.

Clear concise organization of the contract documents and agreements to ensure that the owner and contractor are fully aware of the expectations.

Teaming with a general contractor early in the design process to minimize cost, time, and to avoid long lead times. This process can form a stronger bond between the owner, contractor, and design team to establishing trust and minimizing misunderstanding.

This is usually developed in a broader format and then is broken down to more specific tasks as the details of the project develop. Providing an overall schedule and a “two week look ahead” gives the entire team confidence of how the project is tracking.

Similar to scheduling, the initial cost estimate contains contingency and as the project progresses the contingency reduces.

Conveying all of the above information to all required disciplines during the project such as civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and others to ensure we have a cohesive project in the end.
